Scaevola can tolerate windy conditions as well, but the more abusive the location, the more frequent you should water. Water daily -- and twice daily in very hot weather. Fertilize with a water-soluble fertilizer every week. Avoid frequent "wilt-downs" as this can make the plant look sparse and ropey.
